REFUND POLICY
Effective Date: 09/02/2026
This Refund Policy governs the issuance of refunds by Clothed in Dignity.
1. Refund Eligibility
A refund will be considered only for merchandise that has been returned in accordance with the Clothed in Dignity Returns Policy and subsequently determined, following inspection, to satisfy all applicable eligibility requirements.
Submission of merchandise for return does not automatically entitle the Customer to a refund.
2. Inspection and Approval
Upon receipt, returned merchandise will be inspected.
Clothed in Dignity reserves the right to deny a refund if the returned merchandise:

Has been worn, washed, used, or altered;

Is damaged;
-
Contains stains;
-
Contains makeup or cosmetic residue;
-
Contains deodorant marks or residue;
-
Contains perfume, cologne, body spray, lotion, or other odors;
-
Contains smoke or other foreign odors;
-
Contains pet hair, animal hair, pet dander, or pet odor;
-
Is missing required original tags;
-
Is returned in a condition that prevents the merchandise from being resold as new; or
-
Otherwise fails to comply with the Returns Policy.
3. Amount of Refund
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, approved refunds shall be limited to the purchase price actually paid for the eligible returned merchandise.
The following amounts are non-refundable:

Original shipping charges;
-
Expedited shipping charges;
-
Return shipping charges;
-
Shipping insurance or other optional shipping-related charges; and
-
Any other service, processing, or handling charges expressly identified as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
Any discounts or promotional reductions applied to an item shall be reflected in the refund amount.
4. Method of Refund
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the applicable purchase, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Clothed in Dignity reserves the right to take reasonable measures to verify the identity of the Customer and the validity of the original transaction before issuing a refund.
5. Refund Processing Time
After an eligible return has been received, inspected, and approved, Clothed in Dignity will initiate the applicable refund.
The time required for a refund to appear in the Customer’s account may vary depending upon the Customer’s financial institution, credit card issuer, payment processor, or other third party.
Clothed in Dignity shall not be responsible for delays caused by financial institutions, payment processors, or other third parties after the refund has been initiated.
6. Documentation of Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
If The Customer must contact Clothed in Dignity before returning any merchandise claimed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect. Clothed in Dignity may require the Customer to provide clear photographs of the merchandise, the alleged damage or defect, the original packaging, and any other reasonable documentation necessary to evaluate the claim:

The Customer must not return the merchandise without first receiving return instructions from Clothed in Dignity.
Failure to provide requested photographs or other reasonable documentation may delay the investigation and resolution of the claim.
Clothed in Dignity reserves the right to inspect and evaluate the merchandise before approving a refund, replacement, return authorization, or other resolution, subject to applicable law.
7. Complimentary and Promotional Items
Complimentary gifts, promotional merchandise, giveaway items, and free items provided in connection with a purchase, including Grand Opening promotional earrings, have no cash value and are not eligible for a separate refund, return, exchange, or replacement.
The return of merchandise purchased in an order does not create an obligation for Clothed in Dignity to refund the value of any complimentary or promotional item.
8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact Clothed in Dignity before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so that reasonable efforts may be made to resolve legitimate concerns.
Nothing in this provision shall limit a Customer’s legal rights with respect to a valid payment dispute.
9. Reservation of Rights
Clothed in Dignity reserves all rights available under applicable law to investigate potentially fraudulent, abusive, or repeated return or refund activity.
Clothed in Dignity may deny a refund request where permitted by law and where the returned merchandise fails to satisfy the requirements of the applicable policy.
